A: Each bag you order comes brand new and never used, complete with attached tags and linings, and is carefully wrapped for protection. Please note, dust bags and paper bags are not included in the package. If you need them, they can be purchased separately when you place your order with our customer care team members.
Q: What’s included in the shoes package?
A: Our shoes are shipped brand new, including a care card (though this depends on the brand – some include care cards, some do not). The shoe box is carefully wrapped to prevent any damage during shipping. Note: For international shipping, the shoe box is removed both to protect the items from damage and for sterilization purposes related to COVID-19.
