A. All bags come brand new never used, with attached tags, linings and carefully wrapped, dust bags and paper bags will Not be included in the package, you can purchase them separately when submitting an order with our customer care team members.

Q. What`s included in the shoes package ?

A. Shoes come brand new with care card (some brands include care cards , some not) , and the box will be carefully wrapped to avoid damage during shipping.

note: for international shipping shoes box is removed to avoid items damage and for sterilization related to COVID-19 purposes.

A. All watches come with original box , manual (if provided by manufacturer) and one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
