Cancellation , Returns and Exchange policy

 

If the customer want to cancel the order , got wrong or need exchange product within 3 days from the date of delivery. 

Cancelling an order :

  • Please Submit support ticket here with your order order ID within 24 hrs of order submitting, our customer care team will reply you ASAP. 
  • We will cancel your order if not yet shipped , as if the order is already shipped we will not be able to cancel it anymore.

 

Wrong item sent :

Rarely, some items might arrive different that the original order, Rest assured we are committed to resolving this issue promptly and to your satisfaction, please inform us as mentioned below:

  • Send us photo of the items you received and your order ID here, please let us know if you want a refund or we resend you the correct item. 
  • Shipping partner will collect the items from you in 3-4 working days free of charge.
  • Once the item is delivered and inspected, we will refund the full amount 

Returns & Exchanging item :

  • Within 3 days from delivery, please send us your order ID here , our customer care agents will reply you with further instructions. 
  • customer will pay return shipping if the items wasn’t faulty or wrong.
  • Once the item is delivered and inspected, we will refund the amount (excluding shipping fees).

*All returned items must be in original packaging with tags and unused, watches and shoes must be in original box (if any) intact unused with provided manuals and warranty card.
